Using the FIFO system 

The goods are inserted on one side and extracted on the opposite side. This system is ideal for buffering units between two areas or when proper rotation is required.

When the lane is not completely emptied, the same Radio Shuttle Cart relocates the pallets by bringing them closer to the exit positions, allowing new goods to be placed on the rack.

Using the FILO system 

This is the most common system, where incoming and outgoing operations are performed on the same  side. It is not necessary to move the pallets if the level is not filled.

• Loading : Radio Shuttle Cart transports pallets into deep tunnel after the pallets are put on the trail at the first pallet position.
• Picking : Radio Shuttle Cart carries pallets out of the deep tunnel to front for forklift to pick.
• Transferring : Radio Shuttle Cart can be placed in other tunnels. Multi-tunnels can share one cart. The quantity of Radio Shuttle Cart depends on the depth of tunnels, quantity of goods, throughput, load and pick frequency, etc.
